Staffing

Each member of staff undergoes induction training, which covers areas such as safeguarding children, equal opportunities, health and safety and working together as a team.
Members of our team are required to attend training in first aid and safeguarding regardless of their previous experience. Successful applicants are required to provide a minimum of two references and need an enhanced, clear check by the disclosure barring service (formerly called CRB).
We are committed to supporting the on-going professional development of our staff through local courses, staff meetings and in-house training and recognised childcare qualifications including NVQs.

The nursery has Operational Directors, Nursery Manager and Room Leaders who have experience and knowledge to run the nursery.
We use BrightHR a smart software that transforms our staff management such as

  1. Holiday management
  2. Sick leave and lateness
  3. HR document storage
  4. Blip tracker

We also bring staff wellbeing with a health and wellbeing app which provides proactive wellbeing tools and engaging features. Our staff are given access to use MY HA Health assured app to help their mental, physical and financial health by using personal metrics, personalised content and four-week plans to set goals and celebrate achievements.
